The combination of clean, bold design with all the big, old trees makes this office park a visual treat – to experience and to photograph!
Collaborating with the marketing team at Kier+Wright, we created images to showcase the site planning, civil engineering and dryscaping of this 50 acre complex in Sunnyvale, CA.
Strong pre-production helped us keep this shoot efficient and productive. We used our scouting images as tools to help us align our schedule with the position of the sun throughout the day so we could use the best light available for each of our compositions.
One of the many unexpected delights of this project was the feeling of profound tranquility this property gives visitors. The pathways meandering through the landscaping, the gorgeous trees and the architectural design come together to instill a sense of quiet and peace. A welcome counterpoint to the intensity of corporate life in this part of the world.
Special thanks to Marilynn Stratton, Marketing Director at Kier + Wright, for her insight and collaboration during this project. She was instrumental during our scouting and site visits, coordinating talent and art direction during our shoot and throughout post production.
Thank you Peter Van der Pas for helping make this a fun and productive shoot! And last but certainly not least, thank you Peggy Kinstler: your excellent retouching elevates my work.
